The Shutter Creek Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program (SUMMIT) is located inside the Shutter Creek Correctional Institution (SCCI) at Shutters landing in North bend, Oregon. Its mission is to assist offenders in becoming productive, law-abiding citizens. Summit instills in offenders the values of respect for others, self-discipline, teamwork and personal responsibility through an intense 210 day program of education, treatment, community support and military discipline.
